Refund policy

CMS Grinding Experts Shop reserves the right to charge a "packaging fee" for items not returned in their original packaging. Several types of goods strictly are exempt from being returned, they can be queried before purchase at shop@cmsgrindingexperts.co.za.

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for a qualifying reason, return will be within 10 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Fees

A restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied to all returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the returned items.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@cmsgrindingexperts.co.za. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your items. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and suitability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.
