Terms of service

Orders placed before 15:00 on a Business Day (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) are usually shipped out the next business day.
This is not a guarantee but a best effort service but for most orders placed within a business day week (Monday to Friday) will always be delivered within 3 - 7 business days with the majority being completed in that time. In the event of delays where we speculate it to take longer, we will notify you on the progress.
Outlaying farther areas outside of main centers may in some rare instances take longer than our 6 business days’ time frame. Delays are most frequently due to vague delivery addresses, so please give us as much info as possible to prevent delays.

HEAVY GOODS SPECIAL NOTICE. PLEASE NOTE FOR GOODS OVER 100KG, THAT THE ROAD FREIGHT VEHICLES CAN NOT OFFLOAD THESE GOODS BY HAND. ONLY ORDER HEAVY GOODS OVER 100KG IF YOU ARE ABLE TO OFLOAD THE ITEM AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION.

We cannot take responsibility for courier delays but work closely with our carefully chosen partners and package items to ensure no damage, in the event of damage or missing items email us on shop@cmsgrindingexperts.co.za with your order number and we will honour our guarantee.
Most delayed orders are because of incorrect shipping info. So please be sure to provide the correct street name and suburb and any additional information needed for completion of your order.

The product is supplied with a 1-year warranty (unless stated otherwise) against manufacture default. Please note that warranty claims are approved or declined by the manufacturer and not by CMS Grinding Experts Shop
These item(s) cannot be tampered with or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer in its warranty period. Failure to adhere to this condition may result in the warranty being voided.
