Express shipping is also available, with delivery times ranging from 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method selected.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. You will be able to view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over an amount of R1250.00 however the offer might vary on heavy and fragile goods. This offer is only valid for orders being delivered within South Africa.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order online.

5. Pick Up Orders

For customers who prefer to collect their orders, we offer a pick-up option at our preferred and secured pick up points depending on customer's location. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to collect your order.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.
